About This Treatment
This session took place at lull. in Harajuku. The menu was a Full Design Custom, applied directly to natural nails with no removal or replacement needed. The guest was visiting from Mexico. Nami handled the treatment from start to finish.
Design Points
Pink, yellow and mint are blended wet into a sheer base so the colours bleed into each other rather than sitting in defined areas. The effect reads closer to watercolour on paper than to standard marble work, with no hard edges anywhere in the set.
Gold leaf is pressed into the surface in small irregular pieces, concentrated near the tips on some nails and scattered on others. On shorter nails this approach works well: there is no room for a detailed motif, so colour and texture carry the design instead.
A Note from the Visit
The day was quite hot, so we offered air conditioning and cold water during the session. The guest was glad to have both, and settled in comfortably as the work went on.
Care and Style Notes
A design painted directly on natural nails tends to feel thin and natural to wear, which many people appreciate in warm weather. To help it last, keep hands moisturized and use cuticle oil daily, and wear gloves for dishwashing or cleaning to reduce chipping. A natural-nail design like this usually holds well for around two to three weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow and your daily routine. It suits anyone who prefers a lighter feel over added length, or who wants a fully personalized look without heavy decorations.
