1. Information We Collect
- Booking details: name, email address, contact information
- Payment information: processed securely by Square
- Session recordings: audio of consultations and sessions (conducted with your prior notice)
- Messages you send us on Instagram, including messages handled by our automated reply system
- Photographs of the nails we create for you, taken at the salon
- Website usage data: pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and is not linked to your booking.
2. How We Use Your Information
Session recordings are used for the following internal purposes:
- Staff training, onboarding, and educational curriculum development
- Service quality improvement and menu development
- Business analysis based on anonymized, aggregated insights
- Creation of training materials and content (using non-identifiable, generalized insights only — raw recordings are never published)
Instagram messages are used to answer your questions, to arrange your booking, and to improve the questions our automated replies can handle. We do not use them for advertising.
Photographs of finished nails may be published on our website and social media, together with general notes about the design, the menu chosen, and the guest’s country. We do not publish names, contact details, faces, or anything that identifies you personally. If you prefer that your photographs are not published, tell us at any time and we will not use them, or we will remove them.
Raw recordings and personally identifiable information are never shared with third parties or used to directly target individual customers.
3. Data Security & Retention
All recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Access is restricted to lull. / Caira Inc. management only. Recordings are permanently deleted after 12 months.
4. Third-Party Services
Payment is processed by Square (squareup.com/legal/privacy). Bookings are managed through Square. Instagram is provided by Meta. Website analytics are provided by Google.
No personal data or recordings are sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
5. Your Rights
- Opt out of recording: let us know at the start of your visit
- Ask us not to publish your photographs, or to remove photographs already published
