About This Treatment
This session was handled by our nailist Nami. The guest, visiting from the Netherlands, chose our Full Design Light menu. The treatment started on bare, natural nails with no removal needed, and included ten extensions to build out the length.
Design Points
A sage green chrome covers the set, with a silver mirror finish drawn along the cuticle and side walls of each nail like a metal frame. Red dots are placed over the top in small clusters — some in a line, some radiating out from a point like a burst.
One nail carries a fine silver figure drawn in line work. Using red as the only warm colour against a cool green and silver is what makes the dots register immediately, even though they take up very little space.
A Note From the Visit
Our guest works as a producer at Universal Music, and the conversation turned to music throughout the session. She knew an impressive amount about it, and sharing a bit of that world made the appointment go by quickly. She looked genuinely happy with how the nails came together.
Care and Style Tips
Extensions like the ten added here lengthen the nail and give more room for design, but they do ask for a little attention afterward. Try to avoid using your nails as tools, and keep your hands moisturized so the cuticle area stays healthy. Applying cuticle oil daily helps the finish last longer. With normal wear, this kind of set generally holds well for a few weeks before a fill or refresh is worth booking. It suits anyone who wants added length and a polished shape without a lot of extra charms or stones — a clean design that still feels complete.

Working with a guest who’s so immersed in music made this a memorable one for me. Technically, the focus was on getting the ten extensions even and natural-looking, so the length reads as her own nails rather than an add-on. When the base shape is right, a lighter design has room to breathe — and that’s exactly what this set was about.
