About This Treatment
We welcomed a guest visiting from the United States. She chose our Full Design Custom menu, applied directly to natural nails with no removal or extensions. The set was done by our nail artist Mami.
Design Points
Sculpted white bows and small hearts sit across the set, raised well off the surface, with clustered stones filling the space around them on several nails. Two nails carry a small green-and-white flower instead.
The base is a pearl pink with fine glitter through it. Because there are this many raised pieces, their placement was worked out nail by nail during the appointment so nothing sat where the hand would catch it.
The Visit
Since this set featured a lot of parts, Mami and the guest talked through the placement as the work progressed. They checked the position of each element together, adjusting along the way so the layout matched what she had in mind. She looked happy with how it turned out.
Care and Style Notes
A full custom design applied to natural nails is a good option if you want a decorative look without extra length. When a set includes several parts, a few small habits help it last. Avoid knocking the nails against hard surfaces, since raised pieces can catch more easily than flat gel. Wearing gloves for dishwashing and cleaning reduces stress on the parts. As a general guide, gel work like this tends to hold well for around three to four weeks, depending on nail growth and daily use. This style suits anyone who enjoys a bold, personalized design and doesn’t mind being a little mindful with their hands day to day.

With this many parts, placement is really where the design lives. I wanted each piece to sit exactly where it made sense, so we went back and forth on positioning rather than deciding it all upfront. Working it out together meant the layout felt right to her, and that’s the part I enjoy most about a custom set like this.
