About This Treatment
This set was done, by our nailist Nami. The menu was a Full Design Custom, applied on natural nails with no removal needed. We added ten extensions to build the length and shape for the design. The client was visiting from the United Kingdom.
Design Points
A hot pink French tip is drawn on each nail, then overlaid with fine black zebra stripes that run off the edge rather than stopping at the smile line. On three nails a black butterfly is painted across the tip, with a small stone set into the body.
The base is left sheer so the pink and black sit against the natural nail rather than a solid colour. Keeping the line work thin is what allows two strong patterns to share the same nail without competing.
A Note From the Visit
This client came in as the sister of our 10 o’clock guest, so the two of them visited around the same time. She looked genuinely pleased with the finished result.
Care and Style Tips
Extensions are a good option when you want extra length or a specific nail shape that your natural nails can’t reach on their own. To keep them looking their best, avoid using your nails as tools and apply cuticle oil daily to keep the surrounding skin supple. With everyday care, a set like this generally holds up well for around three to four weeks, depending on your nail growth and lifestyle. It suits anyone who wants a fuller, more shaped look, and it’s a nice choice for travelers who want their nails camera-ready during a trip.
